Privacy notice — contact form

This notice covers the contact form on Imgentic's articles, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Who is responsible

Imgentic is the data controller. The ImVisible system (imvisible.tech) runs the form and stores the data on Imgentic's behalf, as a data processor.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and/or LINE ID
• Your message and what you're interested in
• The page you sent the form from and how you reached it (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or a campaign link)
• The time you gave consent. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, to block spam.

Why

Only to contact you about your enquiry. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

The Imgentic team, plus the ImVisible team that runs the system and passes the enquiry to them (for example via LINE).

How long we keep it

12 months from when you send the form, then it's deleted automatically.

Your rights
