You can ask us to delete all data ImVisible holds about you or your business, including platform access tokens, published-post records and reports.
- Remove our access on the platform (optional but recommended): Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (or Meta Business Suite → Partners) · Google/YouTube → myaccount.google.com/permissions · TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps and services permissions. When Meta notifies us that you removed the app, our system records a deletion request and our team deletes the related data within the same timelines.
- Send the form below or email privacy@imvisible.tech with the subject "Delete my data".
- We reply within 7 days with a confirmation code, delete tokens within 24 hours and all other data within 30 days, except records Thai law requires us to keep (e.g. tax invoices).
