This policy explains what ImVisible (operated by IMAI Group, Thailand) collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can remove it. It covers the ImVisible web app at app.imvisible.tech, the client blogs we host, and every connection you make to Facebook, Instagram, Google (Search Console, Business Profile), YouTube, TikTok and LINE. It is written to meet Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. What ImVisible does

ImVisible is a marketing platform run by our team for business clients. It writes and publishes content for the client's own website, measures search rankings and AI-assistant citations, and publishes posts to the client's own social pages only after the page owner grants access. Every post is recorded in an action log with a link to the published post.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored as a hash), team role.
• Project data: business name, website domain, business description, keywords, photos the business uploads, and measurement results (rankings, AI citations, site checks).
• Platform connection data (only when you connect it): Page / account ID and name, and the access token the platform issues. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown back in the app or written to logs.
• Content we publish for you: post text, media, the platform's post ID and URL, and whether we verified it went live.
• Public metrics of posts we published (e.g. reactions, views) when the platform provides them to the connected account.
• Leads that visitors submit through forms on client sites (name, contact, message) — forwarded to the business owner.
• We do not collect page followers' personal data, private messages, or the personal profile data of the person who connects a page beyond what the platform returns for authentication (ID and name).

3. How we use platform data (per platform)

TikTok	Publish videos you approved to the account you authorise and read their publish status.	Reading other users' data.
LINE Official Account	Send broadcast messages you approved; send lead alerts to the business owner.	Reading user chats.

Google API Services: ImVisible's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train AI models and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

YouTube: by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service: our cloud host (BytePlus), AI model providers used to draft text (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, OpenRouter — they receive business descriptions and draft text, never platform tokens), search-data providers (DataForSEO), payment (Stripe), and the platforms you connect (to publish the content you approved).

5. Retention

• Access tokens: kept while the connection is active; deleted within 24 hours after you disconnect in ImVisible, revoke access on the platform, or ask us.
• Published-post records and reports: kept while the client contract is active, then deleted within 90 days.
• Account data: until you close the account (legal/billing records as required by Thai law).
• Server logs: kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting; tokens and passwords are never logged.

6. How to revoke access

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Meta Business Suite → Settings → Partners) → remove ImVisible / IMAI.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → ImVisible → Remove access.
• TikTok: TikTok app → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → ImVisible → Remove.
• Or email privacy@imvisible.tech; we disconnect and delete tokens within 24 hours.

7. Your rights and deletion

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Use the data deletion page or email us. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

8. Security

Encrypted tokens, hashed passwords, HTTPS everywhere, least-privilege staff access, and an audit log of every action the system takes.

6. วิธีถอนสิทธิ์

• Facebook/Instagram: ตั้งค่า → ความปลอดภัยและการเข้าสู่ระบบ → การผสานธุรกิจ (หรือ Meta Business Suite → การตั้งค่า → พาร์ทเนอร์) → ลบ ImVisible/IMAI
• Google/YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → ImVisible → ลบสิทธิ์
• TikTok: ตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → ความปลอดภัย → สิทธิ์ของแอปและบริการ → ลบ
• หรืออีเมล privacy@imvisible.tech — เราตัดการเชื่อมและลบโทเคนภายใน 24 ชม.

7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข โอนย้าย ลบ คัดค้าน หรือถอนความยินยอมได้ที่ หน้าขอลบข้อมูล หรืออีเมล — ตอบรับภายใน 7 วัน ลบเสร็จภายใน 30 วัน
